U.S. Coast Guard Station/ANT Building

The design-build delivery involves a new two-story, 24,000 sq ft multipurpose U.S. Coast Guard Station (USCG)/Aids to Navigation (ANT) building, along with a boat storage building. The project also includes a new finger pier that will use a travel lift to launch boats, as well as a new floating dock expanding the base’s vessel mooring capacity. Each structure follows sustainable design principles aligned with Federal sustainability guidelines. This waterfront project is located on the Buffalo River at Lake Erie. The multipurpose station will house station offices, two high bay work areas for boat maintenance, a fitness area, and berthing rooms. It will support the USCG’s buoy maintenance, law enforcement, and search and rescue missions on Lake Erie, providing accommodations for up to 24 first responders who are on call 24/7/365.
