Airbus A320 Final Assembly Line and Market Place

The new Final Assembly Line (FAL) and Market Place is a 347,275 sq ft facility used to assemble A320 aircraft. The main hangar assembly area is a 174,515 sq ft high-bay structural steel facility with a basement and tunnel system to house equipment and utilities that support the assembly process. Just off the main hangar floor is a four-story, 116,900 sq ft annex with workshops, tooling rooms, locker rooms, offices, and administrative areas. Additionally, the Market Place is a four-story, 55,860 sq ft pre-engineered metal building connected to the newly constructed A320 FAL. This facility offers a logistics center on the ground floor that includes a truck loading dock, office space, storage areas, a new canteen for employees, and an executive office build-out on the fourth floor. This will be our third FAL facility for Airbus.
