Brasfield & Gorrie has regularly worked in the South Florida market since the early ’80s. Established in 2022, our Miami office is located in the heart of Coral Gables on Miracle Mile. Our work in South Florida crosses over several different market sectors including commercial, healthcare, hospitality, multifamily, and senior living. Some of our recent notable projects are HCA Florida University Hospital, Mount Sinai Medical Center Emergency Department and Medical Office Building, HCA Florida Mercy Hospital, HCA Florida Woodmont Hospital, Restaurant Brand International Headquarters, Providence Living on Atlantic, and multiple Class A office buildings in the Waterford Business District, including 800 Waterford, 5707 Waterford, and 1000 Waterford.

Our Miami office employees are involved in several construction industry organizations including Associated Builders and Contractors, NAIOP, and the Construction Association of South Florida as well as many local civic and charitable organizations. Brasfield & Gorrie tops out cutting-edge cancer center on Miami Beach

Mount Sinai Medical Center and Brasfield & Gorrie marked a significant milestone with the topping out ceremony for the new Irma and Norman Braman Comprehensive Cancer Center.
