Brasfield & Gorrie has worked in the Charlotte market for nearly 30 years. Our Charlotte office, which opened in 2010, is conveniently situated in South End on Morehead Street with easy access to Uptown, Midtown, Dilworth, SouthPark, NoDa, and the Charlotte Douglas International Airport.

Our work in the Queen City spans a variety of market sectors, including healthcare, commercial, multifamily, and industrial. We’ve completed projects for key clients such as Ally Bank, Atrium Health, AvidXchange, Crescent Communities, Duke Energy, Lincoln Harris, Pappas Properties, Regions Bank, Tepper Sports & Entertainment, Trinity Capital, and the U.S. General Services Administration.
