Omni Louisville Hotel & Residences

Now a major landmark in the Derby City’s growing downtown area, this hotel has added a new spin on Southern hospitality. It features the conveniences of a grocery store, two restaurants, and a spa and fitness center, and the entertainment of a Prohibition-themed speakeasy and a pool with a full bar. We incorporated prefabricated hotel bathroom pods into the hotel tower to simplify and speed up the installation of 561 bathrooms on site.
