760 Ralph McGill has become an essential mixed-use resource for the BeltLine in Atlanta, Georgia, and Brasfield & Gorrie kicked off a prosperous partnership with these two 11-story office towers. Along with an underground parking deck and street-level retail, the design included a pedestrian bridge to provide extra connectivity to the surrounding roads and hardscape areas. This award-winning project was a big win for sustainability, receiving a LEED Silver certification.
