Brasfield & Gorrie and Daniel Celebrate Topping Out of Channelside District Multifamily Tower

A multifamily residential tower in the Channelside district has reached its full height, a construction milestone celebrated in a recent topping-out ceremony hosted by general contractor Brasfield & Gorrie. After a building has topped out, construction shifts to the project’s interior.

Brasfield & Gorrie is collaborating with Daniel, a full-service real estate development, management and investment firm.

The 19-story tower will include 324 apartments, ranging from studios to two-bedroom floorplans. The property will also include a 19th floor sky deck and lounge with unobstructed views of the downtown skyline and Tampa Bay, a pool deck and an expansive fitness studio. It is located at the corner of East Twiggs and Channelside Drive, walking distance from developments such as Water Street Tampa. The project is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2022.
