We don’t have a set timeline. Our interviews can take a few days to a few months. We take our time to ensure that the match is a win for you and the company.
Our interviews will vary role to role as we work to find your perfect fit. Skill assessments, your experience, and your career goals may come up as we get to know you. We’ll also ask questions to hear specific examples of your past experience. We encourage you to explore our website and get to know Brasfield & Gorrie before your interview.
After you apply, our team will review your skills and experience. If they’re a match for the position, a recruiter will reach out via email. Additional steps in the process could include a phone interview, meeting with the hiring team, or a lunch interview, for example.
