Park Point Redevelopment and GRAIL Research Facility

North Carolina’s Research Triangle received a significant upgrade with the Park Point redevelopment, which repurposed an existing warehouse into four core and shell buildings to provide a new creative office and lice science campus. The GRAIL Laboratory and Research Facility was a massive undertaking in particular, as our project team was asked to complete this state-of-the-art facility in less than six months. We employed a design-assist approach and utilized award-winning building information models to reach the finish line on time.
