Brasfield & Gorrie has been shaping Greenville’s skyline for more than 30 years by building facilities for lifelong learners, creative commercial work and play spaces, and complex industrial campuses. In 2013, we established our first brick-and-mortar office in Downtown Greenville’s ONE Towers, which we constructed in 2012. In 2024, we expanded our office and relocated to The Field House, which overlooks the Greenville Drive ballpark in the city’s West End. Notable projects in the area include the Camperdown mixed-use development, Clemson University Memorial Stadium renovations, the Carroll A. Campbell Jr. U.S. Courthouse, the DC BLOX Greenville data center, the Riverplace mixed-use development, WestLawn at BullStreet, and numerous projects for Prisma Health.

We are fully committed to serving that Greenville beyond our doors as well. We support partnerships with local charitable organizations such as ReBuild Upstate, GirIUp GVL, Safe Harbor, YMCA Judson, Outdoor Dream Center, Salvation Army Angel Tree, March of Dimes, and the American Heart Association.
